Standing together: LogiqApps supports Ukraine in round table discussion

LogiqApps proudly participated in a significant roundtable discussion alongside representatives from the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC), Yara International, Thommessen, and the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation —one of Ukraine’s largest charities supporting the Ukrainian Defense Forces and civilians affected by the war.

A prominent regulatory agency in the medical field faced significant challenges in managing customer and operational data. With around 1000 employees and an annual budget of about half a billion euro (2024), the agency required a robust solution to centralize personal customer data and streamline external requests. Previously, the lack of a centralized system created inefficiencies in data handling and interaction with external stakeholders.

The agency’s mission is to protect and promote public health through the evaluation and supervision of medicines. Operating at the intersection of regulation and innovation, the agency supports hundreds of internal staff and tens of thousands of external stakeholders. The data management needs are vast, encompassing 500 k + contacts, 500 k + organizations, and 3 million product records.

The agency partnered with a skilled development team to implement a comprehensive data management solution using Microsoft’s Power Platform. This included:

  • 3 Power Pages Portals: Enabling seamless external requests and user-friendly interfaces for stakeholders.
  • 4 Model-Driven Apps: Optimized for internal operations with advanced business logic.

The project followed best practices, including fully automated CI/CD pipelines, robust ALM practices, and extensive system logging for real-time insights and process optimization.
